Our network of available pharmacies will ensure that we continue to have access to GLP and GIP medications. Medications may be formulated with non-standard dosages or may have additions such as vitamin B12 but we will let you know this in advance. These variations in formulations will help to protect our access to these medications and also help to ensure that we are able to continue using reputable, nationwide 503A and 503B pharmacies.

• Initial and monthly Registered Nurse check-in visits which can be completed in person (at your home) or through telehealth 

• Initial, with any dose change requests, and every 3 months physician check-in visits that are completed through telehealth

• Access to a Registered Nurse 7 days a week from 9am-6pm to answer any questions or address any concerns

• Use of our app for booking check-in visits, tracking your medication progress and weight, ordering medication, and making payments

• All weight loss program participants will have access to discounted IV drips and wellness injections for the duration of their time in the program! All participants will receive 20% off of all drips and all wellness injections! Limit of one of each per month at the discounted rate.

Additionally, our weight loss programs are one low monthly fee that is all-inclusive. The monthly fees include physician screenings, nurse follow ups, medications, shipping, all supplies, and use of our app where you will keep track of your weight, any symptoms, scheduled screenings, and medication orders. And you never have to leave your home!

Here is a breakdown of how our programs work:

•You will be directed to our scheduling page where you will complete a medical pre-screening (please note that your BMI must be 25 or higher to be eligible) and set an appointment for a nurse consultation (nurse consultation can be completed in-person at your home or over the telephone) in which one of our Registered Nurses will review your health history, check your vital signs and weight, explain info about your medication and how to perform self-injection, and answer any questions you have

•Once nurse consultation is complete, you will need to complete a telehealth physician consultation through our app during which the physician will work with you to decide on dosing of your new medication 

•After telehealth physician consultation is complete, you will be able to order your medication through our app and it will be shipped to you within just a few days and you should receive in about a week 

•Once you receive your medication, it’s time to get started! You can start your medication injections and you will keep track of your progress in our app

•You will have monthly check-ins with one of our Registered Nurses during which you can discuss progress, symptoms, questions, and whether or not you would need a dosing change

•You will check-in with one of our physicians every three months to discuss your progress as well as anytime you would like to change your dosage

•You will also have daily access to our Registered Nurses to answer questions and/or address concerns
