All services at Covington Wellness are performed by highly skilled, insured, Registered Nurses who are trained and certified  in Basic Life Support (CPR), Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Trauma Nursing!

No, we do not accept insurance. We are private pay only. However we do accept HSA/FSA cards!

If you would like to subscribe to our email please, please click on the “SUBSCRIBE“ button on the home page and enter your email address. Please remember to look out for an email to verify your subscription and be sure to open the email and click “verify”!

Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for services already rendered or medications already delivered. If you are part of a medication or service package, you can cancel at the end of any month. If you cancel before the month is over, we cannot provide a prorated refund back to you. If you have a problem with a service or receive damaged or otherwise faulty medications, please reach out to us so that we can fix the problem.

All of the telehealth services provided by Covington Wellness are available to all areas of the United States! Our in-home services are limited to the Northshore area. If you live outside of the Northshore area, please contact us first to see if we can service your area.

Covington Wellness adheres to strict privacy rules and will not share your information or information about services provided to you. We have the utmost respect for your privacy. 

Covington Wellness is excited to be paired with several nationwide, reputable telehealth companies that allow us access to physician screenings, pharmacies, and more. These organizations allow to provide personal, local service with a nationwide network. 

Covington Wellness provides wellness coaching, education, support, and physician-directed wellness services. These services are not intended to replace comprehensive medical care provided by a primary care provider or other healthcare specialist.

Covington Wellness is not responsible for managing my overall medical care, diagnosing or treating medical conditions outside the scope of the wellness program, providing emergency medical services, or coordinating care with other healthcare providers unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

It is your responsibility to maintain an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider and to seek appropriate medical evaluation, treatment, and follow-up for any health concerns, new symptoms, worsening conditions, medication issues, preventive healthcare needs, or other medical concerns.

Any urgent or emergent medical concerns should be directed to my primary care provider, urgent care center, emergency department, or emergency services (911), as appropriate. Covington Wellness is not a substitute for emergency medical care.
