All services at Covington Wellness are performed by highly skilled, insured, Registered Nurses who are trained and certified  in Basic Life Support (CPR), Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Trauma Nursing!

We provide services all over the Northshore! We come to your home, office, or other location. There is no fee for our travel and we provide quick, discreet, personalized service that is tailored to you. Please note that we charge a $50 fee for appointments on the Southshore and appointments outside of the Northshore area. Please reach out to us to discuss your location and how we can help you.

Yes! We would love to provide your group with the gift of wellness! Whether it's a bachelorette party, a work team event, or just a group of friends interested in wellness, we are here to help! And we will definitely offer you a discount! For groups of 3 or more, all IV hydration group members will receive a substantial discount. We understand that sometimes things come up! We kindly ask that you please cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the booked time. If you do not cancel by phone, text, or email within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 25% of your service cost. 

No, we do not accept insurance. We are private pay only. 

We do not charge travel fees for services provided on the Northshore! We define the Northshore as Saint Tammany, Washington, and Tangipahoa parish addresses. We do add a $50 travel fee for services provided outside of the Northshore such as the Southshore, Baton Rouge, etc.

Covington Wellness operates along the lines of a medical practice in that we adhere to strict privacy rules and we do not share any health information, patient/client information, or otherwise identifying information with anyone besides the patient/client. 

Patients/clients that wish to be featured on social media and marketing materials will be asked to sign a consent form.

If you would like to subscribe to our email please, please click on the “SUBSCRIBE“ button on the home page and enter your email address. Please remember to look out for an email to verify your subscription and be sure to open the email and click “verify”!

Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for services already rendered or medications already delivered. If you are part of a medication or service package, you can cancel at the end of any month. If you cancel before the month is over, we cannot provide a prorated refund back to you. If you have a problem with a service or receive damaged or otherwise faulty medications, please reach out to us so that we can fix the problem.

Hydreight is the nationwide company that we have partnered with to be able to provide mobile and telehealth services. Hydreight provides us with easily accessible nationwide physicians, access to multiple, reputable, nationwide 503(A) and 503(B) pharmacies, and an app for appointment scheduling,  medication ordering & tracking, and telehealth physician consultations. This technology allows our clients to complete all aspects of our services from the comfort of their home.
