All services at Covington Wellness are performed by highly skilled, insured, Registered Nurses who are trained and certified  in Basic Life Support (CPR), Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Trauma Nursing!

We provide services all over the Northshore! We come to your home, office, or other location. There is no fee for our travel and we provide quick, discreet, personalized service that is tailored to you. Please note that we charge a $50 fee for appointments on the Southshore and appointments outside of the Northshore area. Please reach out to us to discuss your location and how we can help you.

Yes! We would love to provide your group with the gift of wellness! Whether it's a bachelorette party, a work team event, or just a group of friends interested in wellness, we are here to help! And we will definitely offer you a discount! For groups of 3 or more, all IV hydration group members will receive a substantial discount. We understand that sometimes things come up! We kindly ask that you please cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the booked time. 

No, we do not accept insurance. We are private pay only. However we do accept HSA/FSA cards!

We do not charge travel fees for services provided on the Northshore! We define the Northshore as Saint Tammany, Washington, and Tangipahoa parish addresses. We do add a $50 travel fee for services provided outside of the Northshore such as the Southshore, Baton Rouge, etc.

Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for services already rendered or medications already delivered. If you are part of a medication or service package, you can cancel at the end of any month. If you cancel before the month is over, we cannot provide a prorated refund back to you. If you have a problem with a service or receive damaged or otherwise faulty medications, please reach out to us so that we can fix the problem.

Covington Wellness adheres to strict privacy rules and will not share your information or information about services provided to you. We have the utmost respect for your privacy. 

Covington Wellness is excited to be paired with several nationwide, reputable telehealth companies that allow us access to physician screenings, pharmacies, and more. These organizations allow to provide personal, local service with a nationwide network.
