We are excited to offer in-home Registered Nurse visits for our senior neighbors.

Covington Wellness offers in-home Registered Nurse check-in services for seniors throughout the Northshore. These in-home visits are designed to offer a “check-in” on the senior and assess the overall health status while also providing instruction and encouragement towards healthy living. Depending on the current health status of your senior loved one, our highly skilled Registered Nurses can assess for certain symptoms, review prescribed medications, and also speak with your loved one’s physician if concerns arise.
